I am a Registered Kinesiologist with 25 years of experience in sport medicine and rehabilitation. I strongly believe in the therapeutic value of movement and exercise and our goal is to provide you with exercise programs that:
– are specifically designed to address your unique health concerns
– are effective and could be done independently
– fit your life style and fitness level and
– could help you in post-rehab transition to regular gym workouts
I also believe in importance of education to help you better understand the reasoning behind the exercises you do. It makes the learning process faster, will help you exercise safely without assistance and enable you to adjust your routine based on the progress you make.
